HIGHLIGHT RECIPE:AIR FRYER BAKED WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

 






TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Air Fryer Baked Whole Wheat Bread by  group Admin Ruma Hazarika from Mumbai, India. This is Ruma's another Air Fryer baking wonder, please follow her recipe.

Ingredients:

1. whole wheat flour 3 cups
2. I/2 cup warm water
3. Active dry yeast 2 tablespoon
4. Milk 1/2 cup
5. Sugar 2 tablespoon
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoon butter

Method:

Take 1/2 cup of warm water, mixed it with sugar and yeast and keep covered for 10minutes for activate. When yeast activate well, take 2 cups of flour and the salt and mix well with the yeast mixture. then sprinkle the milk, knead a very soft dough. The dough should be very sticky as it stick to your palms. Then keep covered inside  a microwave , as it's compactness help the dough risen fast. After 2-3 hours the  dough will risen up and becomes double its size . Sprinkle the remaining flour knead the dough very smoothly. Flatten it and apply some butter in it and roll it in a bread shape.

Grease the baking pan or loaf tin of your Air Fryer size and transfer the prepared dough into it. Now again keep it covered for another 30 minutes for rising inside the microwave.

After 30 minutes , preheat the Air Fryer for 4 minutes at 180c.Before sliding off to bake make some deep cuts on the bread loaf , so that air release through it during baking. Bake the bread for 16-20 minutes at 180c and after baking apply butter on it and keep inside the microwave again some time to prevent dryness.
