HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: AIR FRIED BRINJALS



TWCT is glad to publish Admin Ruma Hazarika's another delicious Air Fryer recipe Air Fried Brinjals. This simply delicious Air Fryer recipe is very quick , easy and basic recipe and guilt free side this.

Recipe Follows:

Brinjals round shapes medium size 3

Salt 2 tablespoon

Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

Oil one tablespoon

Himalayan black salt for seasoning

2 tablespoon chickpea flour/ rice flour

Method:

Cut the Brinjals into two halves, make some deep cuts on it as shown in the picture and dip into a salt water solution for 10-15 minutes.

Then remove from the water, season with the turmeric powder, oil and the chickpea flour.

No need to add salt , as already it becomes salty due to the dipped in salt water solution.

Preheat the Fryer at 180c for 4 minutes and place the seasoned brinjal pieces in the Fryer Basket and fry for 12-14 minutes or until done.

Before serving sprinkle little black salt powder on it. It's really a wonderful fry without feeling any guilt.
