HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : BOTTLE GOURD PEEL CHUTNEY



 TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Bottle Gourd Peel Chutney made by wonderful Home Pompi Sarmah Khaund, India.

Ingredients:


Bottle gourd peel --- 1 bowl 

Peanut ---4/5 spoons 

Onion-- 1 

Green chilies -- 3/4

Ginger - 1 piece 

Garlic--3/4 pods 

Salt -- 1 spoon 

Mustard oil ---2 spoons 

Lemon juice — 2 spoons 

Coriander greens --- 1 bunch 


Method ---


Take a bowl of clean bottle gourd peel and chop finely. Chopped the onion.


Now roast well all the ingredients along with chopped bottle gourd peels and onions for 10-15 minutes and let it cool.


Then grind all and add salt and lemon juice well. Serve as a side dish, it’s delicious.
