HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: SUSHI WITH A ASSAMESE TWIST

Recipe
INGREDIENTS
(1) 1cup black rice
(2) 1cup Bora rice
(3)1or 2nos seedless cucumber
(4)3 pieces of boneless fish
(5) Salt, black pepper and chili flacks to taste.
(7)1 teaspoon lemon juice
(6)Plastic wrap
Procedure
Steam the two varieties of rice separately. Cut cucumber in thin slices. and add some salt and black pepper.. Marinate fish with lemon juice, salt and chilly flakes for half an hour. Microwave the fish pieces for 3mins...Now spread the black rice evenly over the plastic wrap, than spread Bora rice over the black rice. Place cucumber and fish along the center of the rice. Place your fingertips over the fillings to hold them in place. Then, use your thumbs to lift up the edge. Roll the rice spread along with plastic wrap. Put the roll in fridge for 2 hrs.. Remove the plastic wrap after 2 hrs and cut the roll on pieces.. Serve with any sauce or chutney of your
