Air fried Fenugreek whole wheat flat bread


This version of Ruma's air fried whole wheat flat bread is flavored with dry fenugreek leaves. These Indian flat breads are aromatic, soft and delicious.

Recipe follows.


  • Take a cup of whole wheat flour into it add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 tsp salt and a tsp dried or fresh fenugreek leaves. 
  • Mix all the ingredients well and gradually add little water making a soft dough.
  • Make dough balls and dust with some flour then roll out a thin bread.
  • Apply some butter on it,fold it and roll out a round thick bread like a pizza base.
  • Sprinkle half of fenugreek leaves on it and press it on to the bread with your rolling pin. 
  • Preheat the air fryer at 180c for 4 minuets then bake the prepared bread at the 180c for 4 minutes .
  • After two minutes flip it and bake the other side for another two minutes. If required you can bake for another 1-2 minuets. Apply little butter on it and enjoy.
