Air Fried Veg - Balls In Sweet & Savoury Sauce
Ruma's Air Fryer vegetarian recipe is a fusion of Indo Chinese flavors.
Recipe Follows.
- For these veg balls take a cup chopped coriander, two finely chopped green chilies, a finely chopped onions, a cup of finely chopped cabbage, a tsp grated garlic (5 cloves), 1/2 tsp grated ginger, a tsp salt, a tsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, a tsp tomato sauce and a tsp oil.
- Mix everything well and add two tbs rice flour and two tbs plain flour on it. Mix everything well and make some balls. if required sprinkle little water.
- For frying preheat the fryer at 180c temperature and place the balls in fryer basket .
- Fry at 180c for 12 minutes flipping and applying little oil every four minutes intervals.
- For the sauce take a cup of water, add a tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and a tsp tomato sauce. Mixing well add a tsp corn flour into it.
- For sauteing add a tsp of white sesame seeds and let it splutter. now add the sauce into it.
- Add a tsp sugar into the sauce and let it boil. when the sauce becomes thick add the fried balls and coat them well and remove from the heat.
