Egg pudding

Recipe-

 She prepared this pudding in a mug using microwave.You can enjoy it cool or hot,but it will definitely make you happy.The great advantage is this recipe hardly takes 3-4mins and you just need the chilling time alone.

  Ingredients-

1egg

Milk-1/2 cup

Condensed milk-3tablespoon

Vanilla extract-1teaspoon

Water-2teaspoon

 Sugar-2teaspoon

  Directions-

 Take water and sugar in a mug n mixed it Now microwave it until it hardens.Now in a separate bowl add egg,condensed milk,milk and vanilla extract n whisk properly.now pour the mixture into the mug n microwave for 2minutes.now wrap it with a plastic cover n let it cool completely.now refrigerate it for 10mins or so.

   It may look giggly when you take out of the microwave but it will set as it cools.Invert it and cut and serve.
