HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT BALLS







TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls made by wonderful Home Chef and a Health Professional Anjumoni Shyam from Dehradun , India.

Recipe Follows:

Coconut Powder 1&1/2 cups 
Powdered Sugar 1 cup

Condensed Milk 1/2 cups
Cardamom powder 1 pinch 
Ghee / purified butter 2 teaspoon
Food colour (optional)

Procedure: Add ghee & coconut powder in a pan, Roast for 3- 4 minutes. Add milk & sugar, mix it in low to medium flame , when the mixture starts separating from the pan, add cardamom powder & food colour. Let it cool, then make the balls ( ladoo).

FOR CHOCOLATE COVER:
Melt the chocolate compound, dip the balls in the chocolate mixture then keep it in a tray carefully. Then make design with white melted chocolate as your choice.
