Air fried whole wheat flat bread


Here is another one of Ruma's air fried whole wheat flat bread recipe. We can say that this is the first version of air fried flat bread and we haven't come across any such recipes in the past or at present. We are proud to publish this one of a kind technique of making whole wheat flat breads using an air fryer!

Recipe follows.


  •  The ingredients are 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup of fresh yogurt and some sesame seeds for  topping. 
  • Method: First mix salt and yogurt well. If you wish you can add 1 tbs sugar too. Now with this yogurt in the flour, knead a soft dough. The dough should be very soft, if required add more yogurt to it.
  • Then roll out a thick pizza base and cut out some equal round shapes. 
  • Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top and gently roll over it.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 180c for 4 minutes. At a time place 4 small dough cutouts or as per the fryer basket capacity.
  • At 180c first bake for 2 minuets then flip the breads and again bake for 2 minuets. If need be you can bake for 1 or two minutes more. If you wish you can apply little butter on the breads and relish them.
