Air Fried Mixed Veggies Indian style
Presenting another one of Ruma's delicious air fried recipe, Mixed Veggies with Indian Spices flavor. Hope you all like this simple and yummy recipe.
Recipe Follows:
For Veggies
- Radish one
- Carrots one
- Potato one
- Onion one
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Oil one tablespoon
- Salt one level teaspoon
- One teaspoon powdered mixed spices of 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1 seeded non spicy red chili, 2 green cardamom, 1/4' cinnamon stick and 2 cloves. Slightly roast and grind it to powder.
Method:
Preheat the Air Fryer at 180c for 4 minutes. Cut the veggies same sizes and shapes. Mix all the ingredients with the chopped veggies. Transfer the seasoned veggies into the preheated fryer basket and fry at 180c for 4 minutes. Thereafter toss the veggies well , and fry again at 160c for 8 minutes. Keep stiring halfway.
Before serving sprinkle some green onion chives.
Enjoy as a side dish its delicious.
