Air Fryer Baking Delight : Dark Chocolate Cake

 

Another one of Ruma's Air Fryer Baking Delight : Dark Chocolate Sponge Cake. This cake is Soft and Spongy and can be made in a very short time. 

Recipe Follows.

For this cake take the below wet ingredients:


  • One cup granulated sugar
  • Two eggs
  • One cup melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • One cup evaporated milk


For dry ingredients :


  • One cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate powder
  • One teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method:


  • Whisk all the wet ingredients till all mix well then add the flour and all the ingredients gradually and whisk till it becomes a smooth batter.
  • For baking preheat the Air Fryer at 180c for 4 minutes. 
  • Grease the cake tin well and dust it with flour. Transfer the cake batter into the pan and bake for 16 minutes at 180c. 
  • keep checking every 4 minutes intervals till done. After baking let it cool for setting.
