Air Fryer Baking Delight : Dark Chocolate Cake
Recipe Follows.
For this cake take the below wet ingredients:
- One cup granulated sugar
 - Two eggs
 - One cup melted butter
 - Pinch of salt
 - One cup evaporated milk
 
For dry ingredients :
- One cup plain flour
 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate powder
 - One teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 
Method:
- Whisk all the wet ingredients till all mix well then add the flour and all the ingredients gradually and whisk till it becomes a smooth batter.
 - For baking preheat the Air Fryer at 180c for 4 minutes.
 - Grease the cake tin well and dust it with flour. Transfer the cake batter into the pan and bake for 16 minutes at 180c.
 - keep checking every 4 minutes intervals till done. After baking let it cool for setting.
