Hightlight Recipe: Soft Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs ,
- Refined wheat flour (Maida) 2 and 1/2 cup,
- Refined oil 1/2 cup,
- Sugar 1/2 cup,
- Milk 1 cup,
- baking powder 1 tsp,
- baking soda 1/2 tsp,
- vanilla essence 1/2 tsp.
Method
- First whisk the eggs, vanilla essence, oil, sugar with electronic beater until you get a lite and fluffy mixture.Then add all dry ingredients and mix the batter evenly.
- Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
