Highlight Recipe: Pistachio Cookies
TWCT is glad to publish its highlight recipe Pistachio Cookies by our star home chef Mrs. Aditi Nath from Hyderabad, India. She has always amazed us with her baking delights, which are not only easy but has brilliant artistry.

Ingredients.
- 2 cups refined flour
- 1 and 1/2 cup Pistachio powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Backing powder
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1-2 drops green colour ( optional)
- 1 tsp elaichi (Green Cardamom) powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
Method:
- In a large bowl 1st add butter, sugar, egg and mix it well. After mixing add vanilla essence. Then add all dry ingredients and make it into a soft dough.
- Next in a baking tray place the butter paper and make small balls of dough. Place it in and preheat the oven for 180 °and bake it for 20-30 minutes. Your pistachio cookies are ready.
