AIR FRIYER ROASTED BELL PEPPER AND EGG WITH VEGGIE FLAVOUR AND MIXED FLOUR ROASTED FLATEBREAD



Presenting another one of Ruma's delicious breakfast recipe, Air Fryer roasted Bell Pepper and egg with flavourful mixed veggies and soft and delicious mixed flour flatbread. This is one of her very satisfying and healthy breakfast recipe, hope you all like it.

Recipe Follows:

For the bread ingredient are:

*1/2 cup soften semolina soaked in yogurt
*1/2 cup whole wheat flour
*2-3 tablespoon yogurt for knead the dough
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*3-4 teaspoon sesame seeds
*some purified butter for roasting

Mix soften semolina, salt , wheat flour and a tablespoon butter and sprinkle the yogurt as per requirement knead a smooth dough. Keep aside the dough for rest.

For the roasted Bell pepper and egg ingredients are:
*Bell pepper as per your requirement , here I am using one and cut into two halves.
*2 eggs
*1 finely chopped carrot
*1 finely chopped onion
*Handful of chopped green coriander and mint green
*2 whole green chillies
*Required salt
*Little black salt for seasoning
*Little butter for seasoning

Remove the seeds of the bell pepper, season with salt and butter and place them in Air Fryer basket. For stuffing take all the chopped veggies in a bowl, season with little butter , salt and pepper. Now stuffed the season veggie  3/4 portion of the bell pepper shall. Finally on top add egg yolk with spreading the whites.

Set the heat of the Air Fryer at 180c and roast for 12 minutes or till done. Keep checking every 4 minutes intervals.

Now heat well a skillet for roast the breads. Roll out some flatbreads sprinkle some sesame seeds. After heating well the skillet reduce the heat to minimum and place a flatbread , roast slightly for 20 seconds and flip it. Now increase the heat to high and moving the bread roast well till golden brown, then flip it. Sprinkle little purified butter roast well both the sides.

Enjoy hot with the roasted eggs stuffed bell peppers , it's delicious.
