Air Fryer Roasted Lemony Chicken with schezwan and tomato sauces
Recipe Follows.
- Take two tender chicken pieces approximately 200 gm.
- Make some incisions on it so that when marinated flavors are absorbed well in the chicken pieces.
- Squeeze half a lemon juice on it and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, one teaspoon schezwan sauce, a teaspoon tomato sauce and a teaspoon oil.
- Mix well and keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
- For roasting, preheat the Air Fryer at 180 c for 4 minutes then roast the chicken pieces in aluminium foil parcel box or tin so that the box help to retain the moisture of the chicken.
- Roast the chicken for 32 minutes at 180 c and keep checking every 4 minutes intervals, flipping the sides of the pieces.
- For seasoning heat a pan on the stove, add a teaspoon purified butter and immediately turn off the flame.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon black salt and 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder into the butter.
- Before serving glaze the roasted chicken pieces with this seasoned butter.
Enjoy with some salad, its delicious.
