HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: RESTAURANTS LIKE DELICIOUS PANEER 65.

Recipe Follows.

Ingredients:

*Paneer / Cottage Cheese 200g
*Plain flour 5-6 tablespoon
*Yoghurt 3-4 tablespoon
*Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
*Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
*Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
*Rice flour 2 tablespoon
*Chickpea flour/ Besan 1tablespoon
*Corn  starch 1 tablespoon
*Required  salt
*Oil for fry
*Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
*Curry leaves 3-4
*Chopped green chillies 3-4
*Dry whole red chillies 2-3
*Two finely chopped onions
*Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
*Half of a lemon juice
*1 teaspoon sugar

Methods:
Cut Paneers in cubes, marinate with mixture of plain flour, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, rice flour, chickpea flour, corn starch, lemon juice and required salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
After half an hour deep fry the marinated Paneer cubes and keep aside. For the sauce heat a pan with 2 tablespoon oil. Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, onions, garlic-ginger paste and fry till it turns golden brown. Then add all the dry spice powder. Stirring well add the fried Pneer cubes with the lemon juice. Stir and cook. Add half cup of water into the Pneer  marinated bowl, rinse well and add this water to the Paneer. Sprinkle the sugar in it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes and serve.
