HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : TANDOORI POMFRET
TWCT is glade to publish a delicious Indian recipe Tandoori Pomfret by wonderful home chef Mrs. Sahana Wahid from Kuala Lampur, Malaysia as today's highlight recipe. This is a popular Indian grilled sea fish delicacy with nice flavour and I am sure you will enjoy trying it out.
Recipe Follows:
Ingredients
* 1 Pomfret fish medium size ( make deep cuts on it)
*Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
*Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
*Required salt
*1 red chilli
* 1/2 of a medium size red bell papper
*1 teaspoon vinager
*1/4 teaspoon tandoori colour
Method
Make a paste of ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli, bell pepper, vinegar and the tandoori colour. Rub the paste well on the fish. Keep the marinated fish in the fridge for an hour. Grill it in a preheated oven at 250 degree for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the fish halfway. Serve with sliced onions it's delicious.
