HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : AIR FRYER GRILLED VEGGIES WITH POITA BHAAT


TWCT is glad to publish Ruma's another Air Fryer recipe with a traditional Assamese delicacy Poita Bhaat. With regional taste of Assam, this is awesome recipe with Air Fryer grilled farm fresh veggies and a healthfully delicious summer soothing delicacy.

Recipe Follows:

Ingredients.

For grilled veggies.

* Eggplant 1 (small size)
* Tomato (1 small size)
* Baby potatoes 2
* Onion 1 (small size)
* 2 green chillies
*4 cloves garlic
* Fresh lemon piece
* Mint leaf
* Coriander leaves
* 4-5 tablespoon cooked rice
* 1 cup water
* Mustard oil
* Salt

Method

For grill , thoroughly wash and clean the veggies and skews all except green chillies. Preheat the Air Fryer at 180c and grill the veggies for 12 -16 minutes until cooked well. Finally add the green chillies before a minute to complete. Keep checking every 4 minutes intervals applying little oil on them. After done season with black salt. Sprinkling lemon juice, mint and coriander greens , enjoy with the Poita Bhaat it's satisfying summer delight.

For Poita Bhaat take some leftover cooked rice which is soaked overnight in water traditionally. Here I have taken fresh cooked rice and after let it cool, added cold water, salt and few drops of mustard oil on it. Serve with these grilled veggie smashed delight, it's very soothing. You can enjoy it with your favourite grilled fish and meat too.
