HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : CHICKEN CHEESY KEBABS
TWCT is glad to publish delicious Chicken Cheesy Kebabs by Mrs. Nilo Khan from Mumbai, India as today's Highlight Recipe. These are Melt -in-mouth kebabs and looks very delicious with green mint chutney.
Recipe Follows
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken minced
- Salt as per requirement
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder (available in Indian store)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon seekh kebab spice powder (available in Indian store)
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 tablespoon bread crumbs (for coating the patties)
- Handful chopped green coriander
- 200g cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Oil for fry
Marinate the minced chicken with all the ingredients except cheese and mayonnaise and keep in fridge for half an hour. For stuffing grate the cheese and mix well with the mayonnaise. After 30 minutes make some patties out of the marinated minced chicken and stuffed with the cheese- mayo mixture and coat well with the bread crumbs. Fry the patties deep frying or shallow frying method and enjoy with the fresh mint green chutney, it's delicious.
