HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : EGG AND BESAN HALWA



TWCT is glad to publish a innovative and a very new flavour for someone, simply delicious dessert recipe Egg and Besan / chickpea flour Halwa by Mrs. Saira Hussain as today's Highlight Recipe. This unique flavour recipe with goodness of dry fruits and all looks really delicious and a delightful dessert treat.

Recipe Follows

Ingredients:

* 3 eggs
* 6 tablespoon castor sugar
* 4 tablespoon besan/ chickpea flour
* 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
* 2 tablespoon finely chopped dry fruits
* 3 tablespoon purified butter

Method
Mix well eggs and sugar in a bowl. Heat a heavy bottom pan or non-stick pan . Then lowering the heat add the butter and flour, stirring frequently fry it in a medium heat for 15 -20 minutes or until a nutty fried aroma comes out. After fry well , add the prepared egg mixture and constantly stirring fry for 5 minutes again. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Before serving sprinkle the chopped dry fruits and enjoy.
