HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : THAI CHILLI FISH

 
 

TWCT is glade to publish today's highlight recipe as Thai Chilli Fish by Mrs. Sahana Wahid from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Simply delicious this flavourful fish recipe is a great  delight for fish lovers and hope you would like to trying out this.

Recipe Follows

* 1 medium size fish, make deep slits on it both the sides
* oil for frying
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
* 3-4 green or red chillies finely chopped
* 1/4 cup lemon grass stalk finely chopped
* salt as per requirement
* 1teaspoon coconut sugar or regular sugar
* 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Method

In a bowl mix the garlic, chillies, lemon grass, lemon juice, coconut sugar, fish sauce and coriander greens and keep aside. After that take the fish and rub with salt and deep fry till golden brown. After frying pour the prepared mixture on all over the fried fish. Serve with the steamed rice , it's delicious.
