HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : AIR FRIED FISH DELIGHT

This is Ruma's another air fried fish delight with great Indian spice flavour.
Recipe follows:
Ingredients:
1. Fresh water fish Catla/ Indian carp pieces 4 nos.
2. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
5. 2 tablespoon semolina
6. 1 tablespoon oil
7. 1 teaspoon whole spice mixture of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds and fenugreek seeds.
8. 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli.
Method:
At first marinate the fish pieces with salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Then preheat the fryer at 180c for 4 minutes.
Coat well the marinated fish pieces with semolina and place well into the fryer basket leaving gap each of them.
Now air fry at 180c for 16-20 minutes flipping halfway.
After frying, platted well the fried fish pieces. Now heat oil in a skillet, fry the whole spices till its aroma comes out.
Then remove from the heat and add the chopped green chillies into this oil.
Now sprinkle this seasoned oil on the platted fried pieces. This way the fried fish gets a nice pickle flavour and its quite delightful.
Enjoy as a appetizer or side dish, it's delicious.
