HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : AIR FRIED FISH WITH BURNT GARLIC FLAVOUR

Recipe Follows:

Ingredients:

1. Small river fish Brook Trout 4 nos.
2. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
3. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
5. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
6. Oil 1tablespoon
7. Rice flour/plain flour or semolina for coat the fish
8. 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
9. 1 tablespoon finely chopped Kashmiri red chilli

Method:

Wash and clean the fish properly, make some dip cut on the fish both the sides. Marinate the fish with the soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and the salt.

Now preheat the fryer at 180c for 4 minutes. Then take some of your favourite flour and dust it with the marinated fish one by one and place into the fryer basket.

Air fry the fish at 180c for 16 - 20 minutes platting all.

For burnt garlic flavour heat the oil and fry the garlic and chilli until golden brown and sprinkle this seasoned oil on the fish. The air fried burnt garlic flavour fish is ready to enjoy. It's a great appetizer or side one can enjoy it with guilt free.
