HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : BAKED FISH DELIGHT



TWCT is glad to publish today's HIGHLIGHT RECIPE as healthfully delicious BAKED FISH DELIGHT by wonderful home chef Tapashi Bhagawati from Mumbai.
Recipe follows:

Ingredients:

1. 5 - 6 pieces Rawas Fish/ Indian Salmon
2. Lemon juice 1/4 cup
3. Salt to taste
4. Freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon
5. Oregano 1 teaspoon ( optional)
6. Thyme 1 teaspoon ( optional)
7. Bread crumbs for coat
8. 2 - 3 tablespoon olive oil

Method:
Marinade the fish pieces with all the ingredients except bread crumbs and let rest for two hours in the refrigerator. Then grease a baking dish and place the fish pieces coating with bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 12 - 15 minutes or until done. Before serving sprinkle some dry herbs and serve. The crisp out side and tender,  moist inside fish pieces are really a delicious appetizer or side dish.
