HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : HEALTHFULLY DELICIOUS FISH KEBABS



TWCT is glad to publish today's highlight recipe Fish Kebabs made by wonderful home  chef Ferdousi Majumdar from Delhi. Healthy and delicious for this fish kebabs please follow her recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Fresh water fish rahu/ Indian carp fish  pieces 5-6
2. Salt to taste
3. 2 -3 tablespoon oil for cooking
4. 1 finely chopped onion
5. 1teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
6. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
7. 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
8. Hand full chopped coriander green
9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
10. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
11. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
12. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
13. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
14. 1 table spoon corn flour

Method:
Season with the salt the fish pieces and pan cooked covered in little oil for 7-8 minutes. Flip the fish pieces halfway.

Then let it cool for sometime. After that remove the bones from the fish and keep aside.

Now in an another pan heat a tablespoon oil and fry the raw spices onion, green chillies ,  garlic ginger paste well for a minutes. Then add the other powdered spices , stir fry and add the boneless fishes into it and stir fry for a minute. Sprinkle the chopped coriander and remove from the heat. After cooling down the fried fish mixture, made some patties out of this and shallow fry or pan grilled the patties. Enjoy as a appetizer or side dish it's delicious.
