HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: AIR FRIED PUMPKIN FINGERS



TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Air Fryer fried healthy Pumpkin Fingers with Indian spice flavour, presented by Group Admin Ruma Hazarika from Mumbai, India. This is her another healthfully delicious side dish and a very basic and quick recipe.

Recipe Follows:

Ingredients:

1. Pumpkin 200g, cut equally into strips
2. 1 tablespoon melted butter/oil
3. salt as per your taste
4. 1 tablespoon freshly ground coriander powder with a dry whole seeded non spicy red chilli.
5. 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 1/4 teaspoon black salt powder
8. 1 tablespoon corn flour/rice flour/plain flour or chickpea flour

Method:

Season with the pumpkin strips with all the ingredients except black salt and flour. Preheat the Air Fryer at 180c for 4 minutes. Then sprinkle the flour on the seasoned pumpkins and toss well for a even coat.
Now transfer the veggies into the fryer basket and roast at the 180c for 6-8 minutes until fried well. Keep shaking halfway.

And here is your quick and yummy appetizer is ready, before serving sprinkle the black salt on it and enjoy.
