HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: COTTAGE CHEESE PORRIDGE
TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Cottage Cheese Porridge, made by wonderful Home Chef Prity Bhagabati from Dehradun, India.

Ingredients:
1. Milk 1/2 litre
2. Water 1/2 litre
3. Sugar 1.5 tablespoon
4. Paneer/ cottage cheese 1/2 cup
5. Sweetened condensed milk 150g
6. Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
7. Rose essence/ kewra essence 1/2 teaspoon
8. Chopped Pistachio and Almonds for garnish
Method:
Boil water and sugar, add the cottage cheese into it and cook for 10 minutes. After that strain it and keep aside the cottage cheese.
In a pan boil the milk and let the milk reduce half the quantity.
Then add into it condensed milk, cottage cheese and cardamom powder, mix it well and stirring constantly cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Before removing from the heat add the essence and stir well.
Garnish with the chopped dry fruits and serve.
