HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: COTTAGE CHEESE ROSE PUDDING



TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe delicious Cottage Cheese Rose Pudding, made by made by wonderful Home Chef Ferdousi Majumder from Delhi, India. Beautifully platted this dessert delight , her own recipe and we really love to publish this.

Recipe Follows:

Ingredients:

1. Milk 1 litre
2. Lime juice or vinegar 3-4 tablespoon
3. 3/4 cup condensed milk
4. 3-4 for tablespoon rose syrup
5. 4-5 drops of Rose essence
6. some dry rose petals for garnish
7. some Cherries for garnish

Method:
Boiled the milk, split it with vinegar or lime juice. When milk curdled well, strain it from the water and rinse well 3-4 times under the running water. Squeeze well the curdled milk and keep aside. With all the ingredient except the dried Rose and Cherries, blend all with the prepared cottage cheese. Then transferred the blended mixer into a silicon mould and microwave cook for 5-6 minutes. Cool it in  the refrigerator. Before serving garnish with the Rose petals and Cherries. It's a very basic and easy recipe with a nice flavour.
