HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: EGGLESS CARAMEL LEMON PUDDING

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups curd
2. 2 cups milk
3. 1 and 1/2 cups Amul Mithai Mate condensed milk
4. 2 tablespoon corn flour
5.2 tablespoon Lemon zest
For caramel
1. 1/3 cup sugar
2. 2 tablespoon water
3. 1 drop lemon yellow food colour (optional)
Procedure:
Heat the sugar and water in a heavy bottom pan till the sugar darkens and caramelized. Add the food colour into it and pour this into a baking pan. Set aside till the caramel harden.
Mix all the remaining ingredients nicely then pour the mixture over the caramel. Now steam it in a pressure cooker or steamer for 20 minutes. If you steam it in pressure cooker then steam it without whistle.
After cooked let it cool in refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight. After that run a knife around the pudding and unmould it in a serving dish carefully and enjoy.
