HIGHLIGHT RECIPE:GRILLED PANEER/COTTAGE CHEESE
TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe Grilled Paneer/Cottage Cheese, made by Wonderful Home Chef Tapashi Bhagawati from Mumbai, India.
This is a delicious Indian grilled side dish with nice aromatic flavour. Please follow her recipe.
Ingredients
1. Curd beaten half cup
2. Non spicy red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
3. Salt to taste
4. Mint greens finely chopped 2 teaspoon
5. Coriander greens finely chopped 2 teaspoon
6. Paneer/Cottage cheese 500g
7. Tomatoes 4
8. Capsicum 4
9. Onion 4
Method
Cut the Paneer into medium sizes and veggies into wedge. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinade for 2-3 hours.
Insert the marinated veggies and cheeses in a sequence in skewers like onion-paneer-tomato-capsicum.
And grill for 18 minutes at 250c preheated oven. Flip it halfway.
The Grilled Paneer is ready to serve, enjoy as a side dish it's delicious.
