Healthy Air fryer made pumpkin flower fritters.. Pakoras..
Fritters are all time favourite delicacy in India, specially in rainy season. And this deep fried fritters are if we made it using very little amount of oil, this will really a delightful snaking.
For this,
Take one cup Bengal gram dal / garbanzo beans or pink lentils/ chickpea flour/rice flour.
If you take Dal or lentils soaked in water till soften and grind into nice paste.
Add to it pinch of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, roasted cumin powder , pinch of baking powder and a teaspoon of Mustard oil . Mixed well all the ingredients.
The pumpkin flowers wash thoroughly and pat dry. Take One by one flower and the paste is applied over the flower and coat well.
Preheat the fryer at 180c for 4 minutes, then place a greased silver foil on it leaving some gaps all around it, so that hot air circulate well during cooking producer.
Now place the mixture layered flowers on the foil and Air fry for 10 minutes at 180c , flipping halfway.
And here is your hot and delicious also guilt free pumpkin flower fritters are ready.
