HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : CHICKEN WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS FLAVOUR

Chicken#-Bamboo shoots#Olive oil (combination of proteins and high dietary fibres)
Ingredients:
Chicken 500gm (boneless )
Bamboo shoots 2 ( sliced)
Olive oil 2 tbs
Onion 1( finely chopped)
Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tsf
Turmeric powder 1 tsf
Black paper powder 1tsf
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil freshly sliced bamboo shoots for 30 minutes, rinse well 4-5 times and keep it aside.
Marinate the Chicken with solt & turmeric powder for 30 mins.
Add olive oil in a frying pan, let it hot, add onions & ginger-garlic paste and fry till golden brown. Add marinated chicken, cook in low flame for 30 mins, then add boiled bamboo shoots and black paper powder, cook for another 15 mins. Serve it with steam rice.
