HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: CHOCO PIE

For the filling

White chocolate 60 gm
Cream 30 gm
(Or you can mix milk powder and milkmaid)

First on double boiler melt the white chocolate. After it cools a bit, add cream. Next on 6 biscuits spread the melted chocolate. Cover the biscuits with the other 6 pieces. Let it cool in the fridge for 5 mins.
In another double boiler melt the dark chocolate. Take the biscuits out from the fridge and place them one by one and pour melted chocolate and shake the rack so that the chocolate will cover the biscuits. Let it cool for 5 mins in fridge. Then take it out from the fridge and place them upside down. Use the same procedure to cover the biscuits. Your Choco pies are ready to get inside your kid's tummy
