HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: CRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN

Aditi Nath 

For Crunchy Fried Chicken :
1. Chicken
2. Corn flour
3. Black pepper powder
4. Chopped Garlic
5. Dry Chilli
6. Peanuts
7. Soya Sauce
8. Green Chilli Sauce
9. Red Chilli Sauce
10. Tomato Sauce
11. 1/2 tsp brown sugar
12. Vinegar
Procedure:
In a bowl, first marinate chicken with garlic, black pepper, salt. Coat it entirely with cornflour piece by piece. Let it rest for 1 hour. After 1 hour, deep fry the marinated chicken for 2 times
Next in a pan,heat the oil. Then add chopped garlic,chopped dry chilies. When it gets brownish in color,lower the flame to sim. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder and brown sugar. Mix it well. Add the fried chicken and mix it. Add roasted peanuts into it. Your crunchy fried chicken is ready.
