HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: HEALTHY FRIES

Some healthfully delicious fries : Air fried potato fingers, pumpkin seeds and some fried okra.
I love my Air fryer very much, because it gives me perfect fries and fully satisfied baking delights.
For the potato fingers , take:
Two big size potatoes , cut equally into strips and water dip for 15-30 minuets.
Rinse well 3-4 time and strain from water.
This way, it helps to reduce some amount of carbohydrates from it, which will help to retain the crisp texture of the fries.
Now preheat the air fryer at 180c for 4 minuets then place the potato strips in the fryer basket.
Air fry for 4 minuets at 180c.
Take 1 teaspoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl and mix it well with the help of a brush.
Apply this salt mixed oil on the half done potato fingers well.
Again fry for 4 minuets, shaking well fry for another 2 minuets.
And all in total 10 minuets your crisp in outside and soft in inside fingers are ready to enjoy.
You can season it with flavourful spice powder.
For pumpkin seeds, first properly clean and washed seeds and pat dry all.
Add it inside the preheated fryer basket and cover it with the basket lid.
Air fry for 8 minuets. No need to add salt and oil.
For the fried okra it is the same procedure, wash and clean the okras properly, trim both the end and air fry first for 5 minuets at 180c. In a preheated fryer.
Then take tablespoon oil, mix it well with salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, pinch of asafoetida powder and little Garam masala powder ( cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper).
Apply the oil mixture on the half done okra and again fry for another 5 minuets.
Tossing well keep in serving bowl.
If you like little soggy fry then cover it up or let it serve directly.
These are really great side dishes and quick,easy, healthfully delicious appetisers, I love them.
