HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE
TWCT is glad to publish today's Highlight Recipe a lovely homemade chocolates recipe, made by wonderful Home Chef and a Medical Practitioner Anjumoni Shym from Dehradun , India.

Take some white & black chocolate compounds, quantity depending upon how many chocolate u want to make...in my cases I make 15 -20 in one time for my daughter. ( You can also use milk powder, coco powder, sugar & butter instead of compound ). Melt the compounds in a boul, then pour the melted compounds into a chocolate mould, let it cool for 30 min. Then remove the chocolates form the mould carefully. If u want to make double or triple layers chocolate then pour one layer of white or black melted compound first then let it cool for 20 mins. Then pour another layer over it.( You can put dry fruits also if you want). Then keep in refrigerator for 30 min for cool, then remove the chocolates from the mould. You can wrap it with colourful papers.
