HIGHLIGHT RECIPE : PAN FRIED COD FILLET
TWCT is glad to publish another today's Highlight Recipe healthfully delicious Pan Fried Cod Fillets made by Wonderful Home Chef, a Socialite, a Teacher, Debika Borpujari from Mumbai, India. This is a great Air Fryer recipe too with very basic ingredients , instead of pan fry you can Air Fry it.
Please Follow the Recipe :
2 Cod fillet
Salt to taste, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and 3-4 tablespoon semolina.
Season the fillet with all the ingredients, except the semolina. Heat a pan sprinkle with little oil . Coat well the fillets with the semolina and fry in a medium heat till done.
Enjoy as a appetiser or side dish it's delightful.
You can also air fry this at 180c for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown .
