HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: PUFFY STUFFED FLATBREAD WITH PINK LENTIL FLAVOUR

Another my Air fryer signature recipe: Pink lentils stuffed, milk and milk cream flavour, buttery, soft and yummy puffed flatbread.
This is really a healthfully delicious hearty meal for your family with Indian purified butter flavour.
Simply delicious for this recipe, take:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup milk cream ( malai)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Purified butter for apply on flatbreads
For the stuffing:
1 cup pink lentils
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oil
1 1/2 cup water
Method:
First clean and wash the lentils thoroughly, and put inside a small pressure cooker with water, salt , turmeric powder and oil.
Pressure cook until the moisture reduced and let it release all its steam automatically.
After that knead a smooth dough with flour, salt, milk cream and milk.
If required add more milk or you can cut the amount if it’s enough to knead.
Don’t use at a time all the milk, use it gradually in a small amount.
After kneading apply little butter on it to keep the dough moist.
Keep aside for rest 10-15 minuets, then make it some small balls for making flatbread.
Open the lid of the pressure cooker and stir well the cooked lentils.
Flattening the dough balls stuff well with this prepared lentils.
Dusting some flour on it roll out gently and evenly some thick flatbreads.
For roasting preheat the fryer at 180c for 4 minuets then place the stuffed flatbread at a time one and roast for 4-5 minuets.
After roasting apply little butter on the puffed breads both the sides well.
Keep it warm and covered for a nice ,soft texture .
Enjoyed with chilli sauce, it was delicious.
