HIGHLIGHT RECIPE:FISH CURRY WITH A TWIST
3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp black pepper
1tsp Mixed herbs
Cheese (as required)
Little bit of sugar
Corn flour to make the gravy thick
Salt to taste
Marinade the fish with salt , pepper and lemon juice and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour. Heat oil in a pan ,fry the fish and keep it aside. Saute garlic, add tomatoes and fry until it releases its moisture. Add salt, pepper and a little bit of sugar into it. Put some corn flour along with water to make it a gravy. Add fried fish and mixed herbs and let it cook for 2-3minutes. At last add some grated cheese and cook till it melts. And it's done. Serve hot with steamed rice.🙂
