HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: CHOCOLATE AND BANANA FLAVOUR WALNUT STUDDED EGG LESS CAKE

Delighted to share another my wonderful Air fryer baking recipe Chocolate and Banana flavour, Walnut studded eggless cake with you all.
Recipe Follows:
Over ripen Bananas 4 Number’s
1 - 3/4 cup rice flour
3/4 cup melted purified butter
3/4 cup shredded jaggery
Coca powder 2 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence / extract
Method:
Blend well all together, banana, butter and jaggery.
Sieve all together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
Add the vanilla essence to the blended mixture, then add the flour mixture well.
Mixing a nice batter, transfer to a greased cake tin.
Preheat the air fryer at 180 c for 4 minuets.
Sprinkle on cake batter top, the chopped walnuts.
Slide off the ready cake tin into the fryer and bake at 180c for 16-18 minuets.
After baking let it cover to retain its moisture and keep it until it comes into the room temperature.
This will also helps to de mould the cake easily.
