HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: EGG LESS CAKE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE FLAVOUR

Another my Air fryer baked delight: eggless cake with cottage cheese, milk and Date palms flavour.
Recipe Follows:
Ingredients:
100g Cottage Cheese, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup purified butter/ ghee
3-4 finely chopped Date palm fruits
1 tablespoon vanilla essence/ cardamom powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 level teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup purified butter/ ghee
3-4 finely chopped Date palm fruits
1 tablespoon vanilla essence/ cardamom powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 level teaspoon baking powder
Method:
Blend altogether cheese, sugar, milk and butter.
Then add salt, vanilla essence/ cardamom powder and give a good mix.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
If required add more milk for a smooth batter.
Preheat the air fryer at 180c for 4 minuets.
Transfer the ready cake batter into a greased baking pan , sprinkle on it the chopped Date palms and bake at 180c for 14-16 minuets.
After baking keep covered until it comes down to room temperature. It will help to cake keep moist and can de mould easily.
