HIGHLIGHT RECIPE:PANEER PAKORA/COTTAGE CHEESE FRITTERS WITH ALOO BHUJIA FLAVOUR


TWCT is glad to publish another Highlight Recipe Air Fryer Delight Pneer Pakora with Aloo Bhujia flavour, made by Wonderful Home Chef  and a Doctor by profession Aparajita Gogoi from Dehradun,India. This cottage cheese fritters with potato flavour Indian fried savoury snack coated , Air fried starter is a delicious side dish or appetiser with full of Indian flavour.
Recipe Follows:


Paneer pakora with aloo bhujia.. Very easy veg starter fried in Air Fryer
Paneer / Cottage cheese 500g
Besan 4 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder
Red chilli powder
Ginger and garlic paste
Salt to taste
Aloo bhujia 1 packet
Cut the paneer in small pieces for the pakoras. Add cumin and chilli powder to the besan and add little water to make a paste. Add ginger garlic paste and olive oil to it. Then marinate the paneer cubes in the paste . I used ziploc pouch for it. Keep it for 10 minutes. After that place the aloo bhujia in a plate and put the paneer cubes marinated with besan paste over the aloo bhujia so that it stick to the paneer. Keep them in the fridge fr half an hour.
Next pre heat the Air fryer at 180 degree. Grease an aluminium foil and place the paneer over it and air fryer it for 7 min at 180 degree. Crispy paneer pakora is ready .. Serve it with your favourite sauce.
