HIGHLIGHT RECIPE: JERK CHICKEN

JERK CHICKEN
Ingredients
500gm chicken
Spring onion 3-4
Coriander leaves - handful
Curry leaves - handful (optional)
Chilli- 2-3
Honey 1tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce.-2 tbsp
Pepper corn- 1tbsp
Cinnamon- 1/2 inch
Cloves- 4-6
Salt to taste
Make a paste of all the ingredients and keep it aside. Place the chicken on the plate and prick it with a fork. Marinade the chicken with the paste and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour. Pour some oil on the chicken grill it for 20 -25 minutes at the preheated oven. And it's done. Here I used curry leaves too and the taste was very nice. Serve it as a snack or with boiled rice and dal. ðŸ™‚
